Shipment Policy

At Pulsehato, we are dedicated to delivering your plants and products safely and promptly. Our Shipment Policy provides details on shipping processes, delivery times, and shipping charges. By purchasing from Pulsehato, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including Florida and other states. We also offer international shipping, though additional fees and delivery times may apply based on the destination country. Please note that certain restrictions may apply to the types of plants that can be shipped internationally due to agricultural regulations.

2. Shipping Methods and Providers
We use trusted third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver your orders. The shipping method will be selected based on the size of your order and your location. During checkout, you will be provided with various shipping options, including standard and expedited services, depending on availability.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the total shipping charge before completing your purchase at checkout. If you are eligible for free shipping, it will be applied automatically at checkout, based on the terms of the promotion.

5. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your location. The following are typical delivery times for standard shipping within the United States:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We are able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes, but please note that some shipping carriers may have restrictions. If we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternative address.

7. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly through the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

8. Order Delivery Issues

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered promptly. Pulsehato is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information.

9. Damaged or Lost Items
While we take great care in packaging and shipping your plants and products, sometimes damages can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged or if you have concerns about the condition of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items, as per our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Restrictions and Compliance
Certain plants and products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or federal laws, as well as international regulations. Pulsehato complies with all applicable agricultural and shipping laws to ensure that your plants are safely delivered. If there are any restrictions for your order, we will notify you and offer alternatives if available.

11. Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Pulsehato is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
