- The plant should not show signs of damage caused by improper care, neglect, or external factors.
2. How to Return a Product
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the product back to us.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged items).
